A few of the screws fell out of my Ridge wallet. Customer service knew exactly what I needed and what tool was required. They shipped me the replacement screws at no charge.

Great replacement!

Works as good as new. My wallet is a few years old and was getting ready to tear. Pay attention to buy the correct one for your wallet. I bought the wrong one at first. The old style is the two pieces of elastic sewn together. The replacement is 2 separate pieces.
