I had several of the screws on my ridge wallet came out and were lost. I contacted customer service to request replacements. Initially. Jayzel said I would need to file a claim with ridge to get the screws. After chatting for a few minutes, Jayzel agreed that the best and most efficient solution was to send me the screws so I could replace the ones that fell out. Thank you for your help Jayzel, I appreciate great customer service!!!
Well after the delivery company lost my package, all it took was an email and another pack was sent out straight away. Now... If you have any doubts in your mind whether to buy a ridge product you can put your mind at ease. Customer service is second to none and the product is even better!
The screws came with a screw driver and the elastic belts that keep your cards in check! Oh and the screws had lock tight on them... Attention to detail... I say no more!
