We want to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible for you! Here’s what you need to know:
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated through our returns portal within 99 days of your purchase.
Condition: Items should be in usable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 business days once processed.
Exchanges: We’ll ship exchanged items for free after your return is approved.

Customers returning items purchased on the Ridge US website are ineligible to receive a free return label. A return label with tracking must be provided to Ridge by the customer to ensure a full refund for returned items.
Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to get a full refund.
Ineligible Items: Warranty claim orders aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue with your return label or shipping, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
